Many of our customers opt for making their structure multi-functional, acting as a well house and a storage space in one. Tell us your goals, and our team will help you create the perfect build.

- Durability You Can Trust: Built with the same premium, heavy-duty materials as our standard storage sheds to ensure your water system stays secure year-round with little to no maintenance required. Structural specs include: 4” thick all steel framing and foundation, 26-ga metal siding, trim and roofing, ¾" treated plywood flooring, fade-resistant coating with a 30-year paint manufacturer’s warranty.

We offer pay-over-time options with no credit check required for all our sheds and well houses. These options include our Rent-To-Own and 90-Days-Same-As Cash plans.
Any customization such as custom colors, windows, additional doors or door style upgrades, etc., must be paid for, along with the delivery fee and first month’s rent, at the time you place your order. The remaining cost of the building will be rolled into your fixed monthly payments, if paying over time. If purchasing upfront, we will waive the delivery fee.

All you need to do is tell us where you’d like your building to be placed. We’ll use our crane to lift your building directly over your fence and into its designated space. There’s no fence removal required, no damage to your yard, and no hassle for you. This simple, 15-minute process is designed to make delivery as easy as possible.
